I can’t believe that one week has passed since last Saturday’s sweat-themed post. With five weeks left until the wedding, my plan was to hit the gym hard this week — but that didn’t happen. Instead, I put most of my energy into my new job, which included a lot of time on my feet. By the time I got home, I was exhausted. I know that my new job is an adjustment, but next week I hope to add some more strength training and yoga to my routine. And with that, here are my workouts for the week. Weekly Workouts: June 3- June 9
Sunday: 2 mile walk with Jordan
Monday: Shift & Lift class (30 min. arms & abs, 15 min. spinning)
Tuesday: 2 mile walk with Jordan
Wednesday: 2.5 mile walk with Lindley
Friday: Jillian Michaels’ Yoga Meltdown (35 minutes)
Saturday: Active rest (2 1/2 hours of garage sale browsing with Lindley)
As you can see, I spent plenty of time walking outside this week, and that’s not a bad thing considering the weather was so nice! Sometimes it’s nice to take a break from the stuffy gym and just enjoy some time outside, don’t ya think?
