I am on a roll

Apparently, I am on a roll…

(No, as tempting as it was, I did not buy this shirt)

Two more companies called me yesterday, which means that I have two more interviews today (!). My boss is allowing me to work from home, so I will be completing internship work between interviews, not to mention getting some homework done on the side. Hopefully a pilates session will fit in there somewhere, as well. It is a busy, busy day for me.

I want to thank you guys girls for all of the responses about guest blogging. I am still welcoming more bloggers to join in on my guest post series (if you don’t have a blog, but want to take a stab at blogging, you’re welcome to contribute!), while I’m doing fun grown-up stuff, like…finding a job ;) . If you’re interested in doing a guest post, email me at perfectionisnthappy@gmail.com.

In the meantime, I will be exercising my interviewing skills. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Bye bye college, hello real world.

Okay, so be honest, have you ever bought one of those shirts with a cheesy saying?

When Jordan graduated from college last spring, I got him a shirt that said “Trust me, I’m an Engineer” and then surprised him by wearing one that said “I <3 my Mechanical Engineer.” Yes, it was super cheesy, but a good conversation starter and in celebration of his accomplishment. Or maybe I am just a nerd :) .

What is your “light at the end of the tunnel”?

  1. Yes. I’m the biggest cheeseball in the world. I swear if we ever met you would think I’m so strange bahaha.

  2. Michelle says:

Congrats on your interviews!! Good luck… You’re going to be awesome!

That’s actually super cute about the engineer shirts… I don’t really have any, but I do have one that says “Polish Princess”, which is also a conversation starter. I may only be 25% Polish, but that doesn’t mean I can’t wear the shirt! :)

  3. Jess says:

Congrats and good luck with the interviews!

  4. Katie says:

I hope that you do well in your interviews, and that you get to do what you want, it would suck to end up doing something that you don’t want. Good Luck
